7-On/7-Off Nurse (RN) - Hospice

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospice team in an after-hours, 7-on/7-off on-call role. This position is ideal for a nurse who thrives in a supportive, patient-centered environment and is committed to providing exceptional end-of-life care during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage patient care after regular business hours
• Ensure that patients and families receive prompt, compassionate support when they need it most
• Assess clinical needs and provide skilled nursing interventions
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and members of the interdisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of care
