Registered Nurse RN | $15,000 Sign On Bonus (Jackson, MI)

Join our skilled nursing team at Cascade Senior Care Center, where we provide specialized care to patients in orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology. You’ll be empowered to assess needs and implement care using the latest technology as part of a strong interdisciplinary team.

Pay

• Up to $47.40 per hour on 2nd shift
• Starting wages up to $39.00 per hour (based on years of certification)
• $15,000 sign-on bonus with expedited payout at 6, 12, and 18 months
• $3.40 per hour hero/hazard pay
• Yearly wage increases
• $5.00 shift premium for 2nd shift

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts (full-time or part-time available)
• All shifts include rotating weekends and holidays
• Day or night shifts available

Responsibilities

• Perform treatments including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis
• Administer medications as prescribed and advise patients/families on medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition
• Provide preventative and supportive care for patients’ physiologic and psychosocial well-being
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with patients, families, and visitors
• Oversee the CNA team, including direction, assignments, training, and contributions to recognition and evaluations

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of Michigan
• Current CPR-BLS certification
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Nursing
• High level of analytical abilities to develop personalized care plans and implement effective nursing care
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering compassionate, innovative care
