Registered Nurse RN - $10,000 Sign On Bonus! (Jackson, MI)

About the role

Join the Faith Haven Senior Care team! We offer competitive wages starting at $35.15 per hour for RNs, with a starting rate of $38.55 - $43.55 per hour, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Additional bonuses include $5.00 per hour for second shift, $3.40 per hour for hero pay, and $4.00 per hour for third shift. Yearly wage increases are also provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of treatments such as wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families about medication changes, treatment plans, and patient conditions.
• Provide preventative and supportive care focusing on the physiologic and psychosocial well-being of patients.
• Oversight of the Nurse Aide team, including giving direction, assignments, training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in interactions with guests, their families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy healing environment.

Requirements

• A current license to practice as an RN Registered Nurse in the state of Michigan.
• CPR-BLS certification.
• A high level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care, and develop solutions to complex problems.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to providing excellent, passionate, and innovative care.
• Team player with a dedication to supporting team members and achieving goals.

Qualifications

• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher, in Nursing.

Schedule
