Pay

• Starting wages: $38.15 - $40.15 per hour based on years of current certification
• Additional $3.40 per hour hero pay
• Yearly wage increases
• Earn up to $43.55 per hour
• $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time or $5,000 for part-time

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends and some holidays
• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Day shift or midnight shift options

Responsibilities

• Perform treatments including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and advise patients/families on medication or treatment plan changes
• Provide preventative and supportive care for patients’ physiologic and psychosocial well-being
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with patients, families, and visitors
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team, including direction, assignments, training, and evaluations

Requirements

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Michigan
• Current CPR-BLS certification
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in nursing
• High level of analytical ability to create care plans and implement effective nursing care
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering compassionate, innovative care
• Team-oriented mindset with dedication to supporting colleagues
