Registered Nurse RN | $15,000 Sign On Bonus

Join our skilled nursing team at Cascade Senior Care Center, where we provide specialized care to patients in orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology. As a Registered Nurse, you'll assess patient needs and implement care using the latest technology as part of a strong interdisciplinary team.

Pay

• Up to $47.40 per hour on 2nd shift
• Starting wages up to $39.00 per hour (based on years of certification)
• $15,000 sign-on bonus with expedited payout at 6, 12, and 18 months
• $3.40 per hour hero/hazard pay
• Yearly wage increases
• $5.00 shift premium for 2nd shifts

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts (full-time or part-time available)
• All shifts include rotating weekends and holidays
• Day or night shifts available

Responsibilities

• Perform treatments including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and advise patients/families on medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition
• Provide preventative and supportive care for patients' physiologic and psychosocial well-being
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with patients, families, and visitors
• Oversee CNA team by giving direction, assignments, training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations

Requirements

• Current Michigan RN license
• Current CPR-BLS certification
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree (or higher) in nursing
• High level of analytical abilities to prepare care plans and implement nursing care
• Excellent customer service skills with commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, innovative care
• Team player dedicated to supporting colleagues and completing tasks
