About the role

We are seeking compassionate and experienced persons to work specifically with dementia and Alzheimer’s residents.

Available Shifts: Days 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Full-Time or Part-Time

Pay

• $15,000 sign-on bonus for full-time qualifying candidates
• Starting pay $40 and increases based off experience
• Competitive pay based on experience
• Shift differential pay

Responsibilities

• Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing
• Provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards
• Initiate and lead individualized nursing care plans
• Assess and document the resident’s condition and nursing needs
• Accurately and promptly implement physicians’ orders
• Assign nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualifications
• Administer medications
• Start IVs and perform treatments for assigned residents
• Document treatment as required
• Ensure that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained in a safe manner
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Valid CPR certification
