About the Role

A Graduate Nurse participating in a Nurse Residency Program, acquiring clinical skills and knowledge under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Attend training and complete clinical competencies.
• Manage patient care by collecting data, developing care plans, administering treatments, and documenting care activities.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to perform assessments and prioritize patient needs.
• Ensure safety and ethical standards in all care activities.
• Delegate nursing tasks appropriately.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Adjust staffing based on patient volume as needed.
• Follow organizational policies on licensure, confidentiality, infection control, and safety.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Eligibility for licensure or provisional licensing for graduates.
• Must hold a current RN license recognized in the state or a multistate license.
