Registered Nurse - Medical Telemetry

Role: Registered Nurse in the Medical Telemetry unit. Key Responsibilities Provide evidence-based care to adult patients with complex medical and cardiac conditions.Manage continuous telemetry monitoring and respond promptly to changes in patient status.Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.Support patient and family education to promote understanding and engagement.Precept and mentor new staff or students as needed.Contribute to quality improvement and safety initiatives within the unit. Qualifications & Skills Current valid RN license.Experience or knowledge in cardiac and medical telemetry nursing preferred.Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality care.
