Registered Nurse - Medical Telemetry

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adult patients with complex medical and cardiac conditions.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and interpret telemetry rhythms.
• Administer medications and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and care processes.
• Support safe transitions of care and precept new staff members.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN licensure and relevant clinical experience in telemetry or cardiac care.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical judgment skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse, inclusive environment and promote continuous learning.
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
