Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adults with renal and complex medical conditions
- Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and coordinate treatments
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care
Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- Experience or knowledge in renal and complex medical conditions preferred
Skills
- Strong assessment, medication administration, and patient education skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
