Registered Nurse - Rehab - Full-Time Night Shift

Role Overview

Provide comprehensive nursing care by accurately assessing residents' health, educational, and environmental needs. Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized care plans through interdisciplinary collaboration, ensuring effective communication with residents, families, and team members. Ensure all assessments and interventions are documented accurately and timely.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications, treatments, and IV fluids safely
• Monitor residents' conditions and respond to changes using critical thinking skills
• Communicate significant updates to physicians using SBARR
• Handle crises calmly and professionally
• Assist with resident care and ADLs
• Use QAPI processes to address care issues proactively and ensure care plan effectiveness

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered nurse with an accredited education
• Current RN license
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Preferred experience in long-term care
• Strong critical thinking, communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and move residents and equipment safely
• Manual dexterity, visual acuity, and proficiency in documentation
