Registered Nurse - Rehab - Full-Time 12-Hour Day Shift

About the Role

Responsible for assessing residents' health, educational, and environmental needs, developing and updating individualized care plans, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, communicates effectively with residents, families, and staff, and implements nursing interventions such as medication administration and treatments. Maintains composure during crises, monitors care delivery, and uses critical thinking to address changes in residents' conditions. Supports resident activities and participates in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school and current RN license
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Critical thinking, excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and assist with patient mobility and equipment
• Manual dexterity, visual acuity, and proficiency in electronic and written documentation
• Long-term care experience preferred
