Registered Nurse - Pulmonary Stepdown

Role: Pulmonary Stepdown Registered Nurse Responsibilities Provide specialized care for patients with complex pulmonary conditions on a progressive care unit.Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor patient status.Manage ventilators and high-flow oxygen therapy.Titrate IV medications and oversee telemetry monitoring.Develop and implement individualized care plans.Educate patients and families about their conditions and treatments.Coordinate care with respiratory therapists and physicians.Adhere to evidence-based protocols to ensure quality and safety. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse license.Experience or knowledge in pulmonary care and ventilator management is preferred.Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a patient-centered environment.
