Registered Nurse - Pulmonary Medicine Unit - Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate care plans
• Perform patient assessments
• Communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Document care activities
• Provide patient education tailored to individual needs
• Promote a compassionate environment
• Auxiliary in technical procedures
• Participate in performance improvement and research activities
• Maintain wound/ostomy care when skilled
• Support staff
• Transport acutely ill patients
• Ensure HIPAA compliance

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
• Active Illinois RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Preferred experience in inpatient nursing
• Preferred Bachelor's degree
