Registered Nurse Program Faculty

About the role

The Registered Nurse Program Faculty member will provide instruction in the classroom and clinical settings, ensuring that students meet the competencies required for certification.

Responsibilities

• Teach theory and clinical courses in the Registered Nurse program.
• Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
• Develop and maintain curriculum and course materials.
• Participate in program reviews and accreditation processes.
• Collaborate with other faculty members and staff to enhance educational programs.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current RN license in the state of NJ.
• Experience teaching in higher education or related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with adult learning principles.
• Knowledge of current nursing practices and standards.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
