About the role
Ivy Tech Evansville is hiring passionate Registered Nurses to join the #1 nursing program in Indiana. The program boasts a 100% NCLEX pass rate in 2024 for both ASN and PN graduates. As part of the faculty, you'll teach in classrooms, labs, and clinical settings, sharing your real-world experience with the next generation of nurses.
Responsibilities
- Teach nursing courses including lectures, labs, and clinicals
- Develop course materials and assessments
- Advise students and support their academic journey
- Collaborate on curriculum development and program planning
- Maintain a safe and effective learning environment
- Participate in professional development and college events
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered Indiana Registered Nurse license
- Three (3) years of RN experience
- One of the following: Master’s degree in Nursing, or Bachelor’s in Nursing with a written plan to complete a Master’s in Nursing and documented semester-by-semester progress toward it
- Pediatric nursing experience preferred
- Previous experience in teaching or clinical instruction preferred

Schedule & Pay
- Work Hours: Monday–Friday, daytime hours only (no weekends or night shifts)
- Contract Options: 12-Month: $70,000 – $85,000, 9-Month: $55,000 – $65,000
Pay
$55,000 – $85,000 depending on contract length
