About the Role
Provide high-level clinical care to patients on a night shift basis.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
- Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment by ensuring accurate communication, medication, and IV administration.
- Educate patients, families, and team members, fostering teamwork and professional growth.
- Adhere to hospital standards and promote a cooperative work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Basic Life Support certification.
- Possess or be eligible for a Texas nursing license.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant Labor & Delivery (L&D) RN experience.
