Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Administer medications and IV therapies safely and promptly
- Support patient and family education
Adhere to hospital standards, promote teamwork, and take responsibility for professional growth.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current Basic Life Support certification
- Valid nursing license in Texas or eligibility
- Minimum of 1 year RN experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
