Registered Nurse - PRN (Evenings)

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the full nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan, execute, and assess care plans.
• Care for residents across all health phases—preventative, maintenance, diagnostic, and treatment.
• Coordinate care, resident education, and nursing interventions.
• Act as charge nurse when needed, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff.
• Ensure safe and effective resident care.
• Support staff in resolving care concerns.
• Align all practices with the Nurse Practice Act, professional standards, and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nationally accredited nursing program preferred; bachelor's degree in nursing favored.
• Hold an unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure, if applicable.
• Maintain required competencies and certifications.
• Demonstrate knowledge of nursing standards.
• Exhibit strong collaboration skills.
• Adhere to ethical and safety protocols.
