Responsibilities
- Function autonomously, utilizing the nursing process to coordinate patient care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and delegate tasks appropriately.
- Identify hospital resources and serve as a clinical resource for new employees.
- Demonstrate leadership within the unit or department.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
- Active Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support certifications.
- Registered Nurse licensure in KS and MO.
- Associate Degree required.
