Registered Nurse - Pre and Post Surgery

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pre‑operative assessments, verify patient histories and medications, and prepare patients for procedures.
• Monitor vital signs, manage pain, and assess surgical sites during post‑operative care.
• Provide patient education on recovery and discharge instructions.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
