Registered Nurse - Pre and Post Surgery

Provides direct patient care in the Surgery Recovery Room, ensuring safe and effective treatment during night shifts. Acts as a primary coordinator among healthcare disciplines to deliver well-coordinated patient care.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans, recording and communicating patient condition updates.
• Follow physician and nursing orders accurately.
• Assess and coordinate discharge planning with healthcare team members.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or a current multi-state license.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire, accepted from American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent professional licensure.
• Preferred: At least 2 years of experience in med/surg or procedural settings.
