Role Overview

Seeking a registered nurse to lead evidence-based practices in an emergency department.

Responsibilities

• Improving patient outcomes by ensuring safe, consistent care aligned with clinical standards.
• Partnering with clinical leaders to identify and address quality and safety gaps.
• Analyzing safety and quality data to drive improvements in nursing practice.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure from the relevant state board.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Valid BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience; 5 years preferred.
