Location: Naperville • Part-time: 20 hours/week
Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions, develop and implement care plans, document care, and evaluate outcomes.
- Welcome patients, maintain a safe environment, and provide supervision to staff.
- Facilitate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges through collaboration with departments.
- Interact with patients, families, and healthcare providers to gather data and participate in interdisciplinary planning.
- Contribute to department goals, participate in professional development, and supervise direct care as needed.
- Explain policies, serve as a role model, and engage in community outreach.
Requirements
- Nursing degree and current Illinois RN license.
- CPR certification; CPI certification within 90 days of hire.
- Preferred: psychiatric experience, knowledge of abnormal psychology, and understanding of therapeutic systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively.
