About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing individualized care plans, documenting care, and evaluating outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with staff for patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Interact with patients, families, and healthcare providers to gather and analyze data
- Participate in interdisciplinary planning and assist in department goal development
- Supervise direct care as needed
- Promote professional growth through training and mentorship
Requirements
- Nursing degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s)
- Current Illinois RN license
- CPR certification
- CPI certification within 90 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications
- Psychiatric nursing experience
- Knowledge of abnormal psychology
- Understanding of therapeutic systems
