Registered Nurse - PM/Nights

Position: Registered Nurse Location: LOH Main - Naperville Type: Full Time Hours: 7pm-7:30am Responsibilities include: Assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, documenting care, and evaluating outcomes. Providing patient-centered care and fostering a safe, therapeutic environment. Collaborating with departments for admissions, transfers, and discharge planning. Engaging with patients, families, and healthcare providers to gather and analyze data for comprehensive treatment planning. Participating in department goal setting, professional development, and program evaluation. Supervising direct care as needed, working within budget constraints, and serving as a resource for staff and students. Qualifications: Nursing degree, current Illinois RN license, CPR certification, and CPI certification within 90 days of hire. Preferred: psychiatric experience, knowledge of abnormal psychology, and therapeutic systems management. Skills: Confidentiality, team collaboration, patient communication, and leadership abilities.
