Registered Nurse - PM/Nights

Position: Registered Nurse Location: LOH Main - Naperville Type: Full Time Hours: 7pm-7:30am Responsibilities Include Assessing patient conditions, developing and documenting care plans, and evaluating outcomes.Welcoming patients, maintaining a safe environment, and supervising direct care staff.Collaborating with departments to facilitate admissions, transfers, and discharges.Interacting with patients, families, and healthcare providers to gather data and participate in planning.Contributing to department goals, participating in training, and mentoring students.Supervising patient care, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with policies. Qualifications Current Illinois RN license and CPR certification.One year of psychiatric experience and knowledge of abnormal psychology are preferred.CPI certification required within 90 days of hire.Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively with diverse teams.
