About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides expert clinical care, collaborating with physicians and healthcare teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans. They serve as leaders within their units, establishing personalized relationships with patients and support systems to promote health or support peaceful end-of-life care.
Responsibilities
- Rotate through various clinical units within your specialty area (Critical Care, Intermediate, Women’s and Children, Adult Acute Care, Emergency Department).
- Identify team dynamics and leadership styles during rotations to find the best fit ("Perfect Match").
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care aligned with policies and procedures.
- Foster a safe, inclusive environment focused on quality care and positive patient experiences.
- Engage in teamwork, community involvement, and uphold principles of 'First Do No Harm.'
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Valid North Carolina or Multi-State/Compact nursing license required.
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience preferred.
Skills
- Strong communication, leadership, and compassionate patient care skills.
