Registered Nurse - Perfect Match Program

About the role

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a dynamic healthcare team in a full-time night shift role. During rotations across various units within your specialty (such as Critical Care, Intermediate, Women’s and Children’s, Adult Acute Care, or Emergency Department), you will assess team dynamics and leadership styles to identify your Perfect Match. Once identified, you may be eligible for direct hire into a preferred unit and location.

Responsibilities

• Establish personalized patient relationships
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to develop and evaluate individualized care plans
• Utilize evidence-based practices with compassion to support patient health or end-of-life needs
• Deliver safe, high-quality care according to policies and procedures

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current North Carolina nursing license
• At least one year of relevant experience (preferred)
• Refresher courses required for inactive licenses over five years
