Float Pool Registered Nurse providing compassionate patient care across all hospital departments.
Responsibilities
- Perform direct and indirect patient care
- Communicate with physicians about clinical changes
- Conduct head-to-toe assessments
- Utilize triage protocols
- Monitor cardiac rhythms per ACLS
- Demonstrate supportive bedside report behaviors using IMAP & SBAR
- Evaluate patient outcomes
- Consult specialists
- Adjust care as needed
- Float to all units and respond swiftly to patient responses
Qualifications
- Current NV nursing license
- BLS & ACLS certifications
- Minimum two years of acute care experience
