Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive head-to-toe assessments across all patient populations
- Utilize triage to prioritize care
- Communicate changes in patient conditions to physicians
- Respond swiftly to clinical changes and adjust care plans as needed
- Perform general nursing duties across departments with supervision
Requirements
- Valid NV nursing license
- ACLS & BLS certifications
- PALS certification within six months of hire
- Minimum of 2.5 years of ER experience
- Strong assessment skills, adaptability, and a patient-centered approach
- Commitment to teamwork, empathy, ethics, and service excellence
