About the role

Inpatient Registered Nurse providing direct patient care in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment, such as an Emergency Department or specialized units.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet patient and family needs.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care and ensure optimal patient outcomes, safety, and satisfaction.
• Deliver treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures per policies and standards.
• Reassess and revise care plans based on patient responses.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to address patient needs.
• Participate in quality, safety, and evidence-based practice initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
