Registered Nurse - Per Diem - Days
About the Role
Provide concierge emergency and urgent care to both adult and pediatric patients in our clinics, with the supervision/oversight of a Physician or Advanced Care Provider. Per Diem position requiring two 9 AM–5 PM shifts per month.
Responsibilities
- Obtain medical history, patient vital signs, intake, and prioritize patient care.
- Perform medical procedures including IV access, phlebotomy, administering vaccines, POC rapid tests, IV medications and fluids, and EKGs.
- Document patient information in Sollis’ EHR and Salesforce for the membership team.
- Maintain and track medication inventory.
- Coordinate additional care with Aftercare, house calls teams, or Medical Partners.
- Work closely with the clinical team to ensure policy adherence and deliver quality care.
- Use patient-centered, empathetic communication to make patients comfortable and address their questions.
- Participate in house calls if requested.
- Perform related duties as requested.
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in NY.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certification required upon hire.
- 2–3 years of prior emergency or urgent care experience.

- Strong clinical skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use or learn systems such as Slack, Athena Health, Salesforce, and Humanity.
- Superb technical skills including phlebotomy, peripheral IV placement, and medication administration.
- Adaptable in a fluid, multitasking environment.
- Strong process and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving and outside-the-box thinking.
- Comfortable interfacing with high-profile clientele.

Pay
Range: $63–$70 per hour for Long Island candidates. Actual pay depends on experience, location, and other factors.
