Registered Nurse - Per Diem - Days

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at Sollis Health, you will provide concierge emergency and urgent care to both adult and pediatric patients in our clinics, under the supervision/oversight of a Physician or Advanced Care Provider. This is a Per Diem position with shifts from 9a-5p, requiring 2 shifts per month.

Responsibilities

• Obtain medical history, patient vital signs, intake, and prioritize patient care.
• Perform medical procedures including obtaining IV access, phlebotomy, administering vaccines, performing POC rapid tests, administering IV medications and fluids, and performing EKGs.
• Document patient information in Sollis’ EHR and Salesforce for our membership team.
• Maintain and track medication inventory.
• Coordinate additional care with Aftercare, house calls teams, or Medical Partners.
• Ensure adherence to policies and deliver quality care in an innovative setting.
• Provide patient-centered empathetic communication and answer patient questions professionally.
• Participate in house calls if requested.
• Perform related duties as requested.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Current License to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in NY required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certification required upon hire.
• 2-3 years of prior emergency or urgent care experience.

• Tech-savvy with proficiency in systems like Slack, Athena Health, Salesforce, and Humanity.
• Superb technical skills, including phlebotomy, peripheral IV placement, and medication administration.
• Ability to adapt and multitask in a fluid environment.

• Problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
• Comfortable interfacing with high-profile clientele.
