Registered Nurse - Per Diem - Days

Role: Registered Nurse in the Intermediate Care Unit, responsible for patient assessment, care coordination, and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Key Duties Assess patients and gather health data involving patients, families, and providers.Develop and coordinate individualized care plans ensuring safe, timely, and appropriate interventions.Educate patients and families based on their specific learning needs.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications & Skills Associate’s degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.Current Illinois nursing license.CPR certification from the American Heart Association. Additional Information: Compensation varies based on experience.
