Registered Nurse - Per Diem Days

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Per Diem position on the Medical Surgical Unit, providing safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and families, addressing psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans utilizing nursing knowledge and skills.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care, setting goals, treatment, and discharge plans tailored to patient and family needs.
• Demonstrate Service Excellence standards consistently.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Current Nevada nursing license and BLS certification.
• Preferably, one year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care setting.
