Registered Nurse - Part-Time Nights

About the role

The registered nurse (RN) is responsible for coordinating comprehensive patient care, including direct clinical duties, patient and family education, and care transitions.

Responsibilities

• Support professional nursing practice across various settings, ensuring all phases of care are planned, implemented, evaluated, and communicated effectively.
• Demonstrate leadership through mentorship, committee participation, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Delegate tasks based on skill, experience, and resource availability.

Skills

• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Computer proficiency.
• Experience with electronic medical records.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate nursing degree.
• Current RN licensure.
• Preferred one year of relevant experience.

Requirements

• Additional state licensure or certifications may be required.
• Maintain BLS competency.

Schedule

Part-time role with night shifts, every third weekend.
