About the role

Provide direct patient care in a post-anesthesia environment across diverse age groups, from infants to geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate postoperative care
• Monitor physiological status and manage pain effectively
• Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesiologists
• Maintain regulatory compliance
• Participate in performance improvement activities
• Maintain proficiency in patient assessment, pain management techniques, and medication dosing
• Maintain equipment and inventory

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited RN program
• Current Nevada nursing license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Prior PACU experience
