About the Role
Provide direct patient care in a full-time capacity in Chicago.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Maintain current competency and contribute to professional development.
- Uphold ethical standards and incorporate evidence-based practice.
- Promote safety and supervise staff.
- Document thoroughly and respond effectively in emergencies.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Hold an active Illinois RN license.
- CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications (PALS within 3 months of hire).
- At least one year of nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable transportation for floating duties.
