Registered Nurse PACU

About the role

This role is based in Wichita, KS, at a hospital facility specializing in Post Anesthesia Care (PACU) with a weekend schedule option, part-time, every Saturday and Sunday from 6:00am to 6:30pm, including call and holiday duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient recovery post-anesthesia
• Maintain and interpret physiological data to ensure patient comfort and safety
• Upkeep infection control standards
• Anticipate and manage potential complications
• Accurately document patient progress to support ongoing care

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure
• BLS certification within 30 days
• ALS certification within six months (preferred)
• Critical care experience (1+ years) is a plus

Pay

The position offers a sign-on bonus of up to $6,000.
