Key Responsibilities
- Leading immediate post-operative recovery
- Ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Monitoring and managing pain levels and patient responses to interventions
- Maintaining a sterile environment and following evidence-based protocols to promote healing
- Communicating effectively with the care team and documenting patient progress accurately
Qualifications And Skills
- Current RN licensure from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing
- Certification in Advanced Life Support (AHA or ARC) within 6 months of hire
- BLS provider certification within 1 month of hire
- Preferred Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Educational requirement: diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensure
