About the role
This RN role is based in Mequon, WI, at Columbia St. Mary's Ozaukee, within the PACU department, offering rotating shifts on a PRN basis.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a sterile environment by applying aseptic techniques
- Monitor patient responses to treatments and anesthesia
- Manage post-operative pain with compassionate care
- Anticipate patient needs based on surgical procedures and physiology
Requirements
- Current RN licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or a multi-state license
- BLS certification within 30 days
- ALS certification within 6 months (preferred)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (preferred)
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program
