Registered Nurse (RN) – Orthopedic Medical-Surgical Provide high-quality nursing care for orthopedic medical-surgical patients in a hospital setting focused on healing and safety. Manage a diverse patient caseload, deliver direct bedside care, and coordinate clinical needs to support positive outcomes. Key Duties Assess patients, monitor vital signs, and document nursing care and patient responses.Administer medications and perform prescribed treatments with attention to safety and accuracy.Assist with surgical procedures and perioperative nursing support as needed.Maintain infection control practices and follow established protocols.Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.Advocate for patient needs and ensure standards of comfort, safety, and quality. Qualifications & Skills Active RN licensure and clinical competence in medical-surgical care.Strong assessment, prioritization, and critical-thinking skills.Proficient communication and teamwork abilities.Detail-oriented approach to documentation, medication safety, and infection prevention.Comfort assisting in surgical settings and managing post-procedure care.
