Registered Nurse OR Service Line Lead GYN

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse OR Service Line Lead GYN oversees daily operations and coordination within the gynecology service line, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as the Nurse Practice Act and The Joint Commission. Responsibilities: Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement patient care plans, coordinate staff education, manage outcomes, handle physician outreach, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain revenue integrity, and oversee budgets. The role may require taking call as needed and performing additional duties.Qualifications: Current RN licensure in the state or active multistate license, BLS certification, graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred), and at least 2 years of OR experience with specialty service line coordination experience preferred. Skills & Attributes: Strong interdisciplinary collaboration, regulatory knowledge, leadership, operational management, and experience in surgical or specialty care settings.
