Role Overview
The Registered Nurse OR Service Line Lead GYN oversees daily operations and coordination within the gynecology service line, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as the Nurse Practice Act and The Joint Commission.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement patient care plans
- Coordinate staff education
- Manage outcomes
- Handle physician outreach
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain revenue integrity
- Oversee budgets
- Take call as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure in the state or active multistate license
- BLS certification
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
- At least 2 years of OR experience
- Specialty service line coordination experience preferred
