Registered Nurse OR Service Line Lead GYN

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with healthcare disciplines to execute patient care plans in compliance with regulations such as the Nurse Practice Act, Title 22, and The Joint Commission.
• Manage staff education, outcome measurement, physician outreach, customer service, revenue integrity, and budget processes.
• Take call as needed and perform assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years OR experience preferred, with specialty service line coordination experience advantageous
