About the role

Deliver safe, compassionate, and effective care across patient populations on a specific unit. Utilize the nursing process for planning, implementing, and evaluating care, involving patients and families. Ensure regulatory compliance and assume accountability for patient outcomes. Provide guidance to unlicensed staff and collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved nursing program (BSN preferred)
• Valid Illinois RN license
• CPR/BLS certification
• Prior RN experience preferred
• Basic computer skills required
