Registered Nurse - Operating Room - Evening

Role Overview

Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by others. Coordinate patient care with various departments, uphold patient rights, and maintain confidentiality. Perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN licensure and maintenance of licensure per state requirements.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications like ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, or others may be required based on the unit.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform bending, reaching, and other physical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, evaluate care quality, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Uphold patient rights and confidentiality while performing duties in line with organizational standards.
