About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Nurse to provide high-quality perioperative care in a fast-paced surgical environment.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with nursing standards.
- Function effectively as both scrub and circulator in the operating room.
- Demonstrate knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and patient safety protocols.
- Support minimally invasive, outpatient, and complex surgical procedures across various specialties.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school with an active Massachusetts RN license.
- Current BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent OR nursing experience in circulating and scrub roles.
- Successful completion of Periop 101 (preferred) and CNOR certification (advantage).
- Availability for on-call duties during nights, weekends, and holidays.
