Registered Nurse - Operating Room - Days/Evenings

Position: Registered Nurse Location: Chicago Type: Full-time Pay Range: $37.25 - $57.74/hour, based on experience and expertise Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.Maintain current competency and contribute to peer development.Apply ethical standards and incorporate evidence-based practices.Recognize and adapt to varying situations, promote safety, and guide staff in care provision.Ensure thorough, timely documentation and perform additional duties as assigned.Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and respond appropriately to emergencies. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program.Hold an Illinois RN license, CPR/BLS certification, and ACLS, PALS, NRP within 90 days.Prefer at least one year of nursing experience, demonstrating mastery of skills.Effective communicator capable of supervising nursing staff.Reliable transportation for floating between sites.
