Registered Nurse - Operating Room - Evening

Role Overview Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness provided by other caregivers. Coordinate patient care across departments, uphold patient rights, and maintain confidentiality, aligning with organizational values and standards. Qualifications & Skills Graduation from a nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).Current RN license valid in the state or compact licensure.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications like ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, and others may be required based on the unit.Strong physical ability to lift, stand, walk, reach, and perform various movements essential for patient care. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care using the nursing process. Evaluate care outcomes and ensure quality standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care. Uphold patient rights and confidentiality. Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs and prolonged standing.
